Stillroom is a gastro cocktail bar in the Los Jerónimos neighbourhood, next to the Prado Museum, in the heart of Madrid. Our premium cocktail catering service brings the same signature experience to weddings, corporate events, private dinners and celebrations throughout the Community of Madrid: from estates and rooftops to hotels, palaces and unique venues in the centre, Retiro, Salamanca, Chamberí or any location you can imagine. The Iberian Trolley
A selection of top-quality Iberian cured meats served from a serving trolley. Iberian loin, Iberian salchichón, Iberian chorizo, sliced Iberian ham, artisan sobrasada and Iberian pâté. Served with artisan picos and crystal bread.
Serving trolley with 5-6 varieties of Iberian cured meats
A selection of top-level national cheeses presented on a serving trolley. Cured Manchego, Torta del Casar, smoked Idiazábal, Galician Tetilla and Valdeón blue. The natural pairing for every cocktail.
