Una tarde donde exploraremos más allá del clásico Aperol, descubriendo variaciones de autor con bitters artesanales, vermuts españoles y burbujas de pequeños productores mientras el sol se pone sobre el barrio de los Jerónimos.

A DJ set featuring lo-fi and bossa nova sounds in the background, a cheese and Iberian charcuterie platter to share, and a special menu with five unique takes on the spritz, created exclusively for this evening. A relaxed atmosphere, a welcome glass of cava, and the best company to wrap up the week.
