Discover one of the most fascinating techniques in contemporary mixology: fat washing. In this 2-hour hands-on masterclass, you’ll learn how to infuse spirits with fats such as brown butter, sesame oil, or Iberian ham fat to create cocktails with silky textures and entirely new flavor profiles.
Our head bartender, Enzo Ruiz, will guide you step by step from theory to practice as you create your own infused spirit to take home. The session includes a tasting of three signature cocktails from our menu that use this technique, as well as a selection of paired appetizers. Small groups of up to 12 people.
