La Barra
Portable signature cocktail bar. Senior bartender, premium glassware, and a cocktail menu tailored to your event.
The Iberian Cart
A selection of D.O. Iberian cured meats served on a cart. Lomo, salchichón, chorizo, sliced ham, and sobrasada.
The Cheese Cart
Top-quality Spanish cheeses: Manchego, Torta del Casar, Idiazábal, Tetilla, and Azul de Valdeón, served with accompaniments.
Master Ham Carver
A whole leg of Iberian ham, served by a certified master carver. Carved live in front of your guests.
