Purpose of data processing

At STILLROOM Neo Gastro Bar, we process the information provided by users for the following purposes:

• To manage booking requests made through the website or by phone.
• To handle enquiries and information requests sent through the website forms (contact and catering & events quote).
• To send commercial communications about our services, events and news, provided the user has given their express consent.

Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is:

• Data subject's consent (Article 6.1(a) GDPR): for sending commercial communications and the use of non-essential cookies.
• Performance of a contract (Article 6.1(b) GDPR): for managing bookings and quote requests.
• Legitimate interest (Article 6.1(f) GDPR): for handling enquiries and improving our services.

Personal data collected

The personal data we may collect includes:

• First name and surname.
• Email address.
• Phone number.
• Browsing data (technical and analytical cookies).

Allergies and health information

If you tell us about allergies, intolerances or other health details when you book, that information is special-category data. We use it only to manage that booking and to keep the meal safe. The legal basis is your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR), which we ask for on the form only when you write that information. We keep it only for as long as we need to prepare and host your visit, and we delete it afterwards.

Email news (commercial communications)

When booking through the website you can, if you wish, tick an optional box to receive occasional STILLROOM news and ideas by email. We will only send them if you tick that box: the legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and it in no way conditions your booking. We use the Resend platform for these mailings, acting as data processor. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email or by writing to reservas@stillroom.co; once you unsubscribe we stop sending you news, with no effect whatsoever on your bookings.

Data retention

Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to determine any liabilities that may arise from that purpose. In the case of customer data, it will be kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and, once it ends, for the periods established by law.

Data recipients

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law. Where third-party services are used for booking management, payment processing or sending communications, these act as data processors and are contractually obliged to comply with data protection regulations.

• Access: to know which personal data we are processing.
• Rectification: to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: to request the deletion of personal data.
